Where am I:
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
What do I do:
I am currently studying Computer Science at UBC, one of the world’s greatest public universities.  I pay my tuition by TAing Introduction to Software Development at BCIT part-time.  I’ve also studied sciences, math, philosophy  and fine art at UofT, BCIT and Emily Carr.
What’s this site about:
Programming and fine art, though not necessarily about negotiating the boundary between the two.  I enjoy working with both sides of my brain, and I really like having projects on the go. When I’m not programming, I’m making textile art (dyeing, printmaking, quilting). Other interests include cubes, boundaries, photography, maps and cycling.
Where’s the content/Why can’t I find…:
I decided to try using WordPress for this latest incarnation of christhompson.ca and so far I like it.  It’s my first foray into CMS-land and I’m in the process of migrating the site’s content to this version.  Keep checking.
